Frost in Braidburn Valley Park
Another very quiet day. In Scotland, the 2nd January is also a public holiday, so not many shops will be open. In the afternoon, my partner and I decide to walk in to the centre of Edinburgh. It is very cold. Not all the frost in the Braidburn Valley Park has melted, as can be seen from my blip. At least the sky is blue. Where the frost hasn't melted, the sunlight is reflected off the ice. As expected, there's not much open, apart from a charity shop, which we look around, and some cafés nearer Princes St. After coffee, we walk back home for a wee while, until a bus is due in a few minutes.
