Dolly and the new road

This road has been closed for about four or five months for it to be completely redesigned(this section used to be a 90degree angle). It's caused traffic chaos as it's one of the main routes from one side of the town to the other. It finally reopened just before Christmas and I thought all was right with the world, until they announced they're now shutting the bottom half of the road for goodness knows how long. I decided to walk along it for a look at what they've done, I guess time will tell if it actually improves anything or ends up being typically shambolic as per usual.
