King's Day Rosco

For Epiphany/King's Day, my sister made two of these, one with eggs, one with flax egg (no, i didn't know this was a thing, either) for the vegan. Both excellent. Each with a 'baby' in silver foil baked in. The lucky reciever has to invite everyone to their place for a party on Candlemas - 2nd February.

With a Mexican husband, my sister has done double celebrations for most of her life: Hispano-Mexican and Scottish/British: coming-of-age, Mother's Day, Christmas, Ne'er Day, King's Day, All Souls, Day of the Dead, St Andrew's Day, Independence Day...
