Blue Birds in Flight

I went to Huntley Meadows this morning hoping that I could get another chance to photograph the resident Merlin.  When I arrived, I was greeted by some Northern Pintail's and 100's of geese.  The Merlin never showed up but got a big surprise when Osuzanna showed up!  We hung out just for a short while and snapped away at a couple of woodpeckers (there was literally nothing else to see).  

While chasing the woodpeckers,  a couple of Virginia Blue Birds made a brief appearance.  I got a two shots of them resting on a branch and while focusing for the third photo, they took off.  Not sure How I got these two in focus but I'll take what I can get.... :))
