A last blast before the return to work.

A trip to the Forest of Dean on the mountain bikes.

All the running this week had left me a bit short of gas but it was fun, exhilarating and satisfying.

A quick bit of lunch and some van chat there and back completed the experience.

I've had a quick bath and am now sitting at the computer making sure I'm ready for tomorrow.

5 lessons of science to 4 different year groups. The first day back is always a bit hard for students and teachers alike. Keep it simple is probably the best approach.
