Monument - Pudding Lane, London

Regular viewers will know that every now and again I go to a meeting that is half an hour away on the number 15 bus.

Today, I came out of the meeting at about lunchtime and this was the view of the Monument - that is, the strangely over-sized structure that stands in Pudding Lane, at the point that the Great Fire of London is supposed to have started in 1666.

Dramatic, I thought.
