from Arthur's seat

For all the time I've spent in Edinburgh, this was the first time to climb Arthur's seat, on a gloriously sunny and windy day. It was mobbed at the summit, with a crowd of German youngsters who asked me to take their picture .. on their phone, which I was very careful not to drop .. but this is my picture from the shoulder further down.
