Colour On A Very Dull Day

We didn't go outside until late afternoon when we realised that we needed a few things for a recipe for tea. Rik and TheAphid speeded off as I got distracted by pigeons, a ornamental cherry, cows and a Ferrari along the way. We walked a bit further than normal so I could chalk up some miles on on the 1000 mile waking challenge I'm doing virtually with kwdiane. Unfortunately I didn't manage 3 miles today, but I did see this gorgeous hydrangea.
