MEATLOAF
Not my favourite kind of food, but the house is full of carnivores. Mind you, they also walloped into the roasted cauliflower, the Hasselbackspotatis, the stuffed peppers and the lime, radish and courgette carpaccio. This chef loves a grateful audience.
