Lookout

One of the best things about Blip (and there are many) is that you end up going to places you've never been to in your life, despite them being only a 5 minute drive away. 

I've been following the Irwell Sculpture Trail and realised Clifton Country Park was full of them! 

A lovely walk, fresh air and the opportunity to blip - what more do you need on a Saturday morning?

'The Lookout' was designed by Tim Norris and "he took his inspiration from the history of the park, the landscape and materials left over from the previous industry of the area. The sculpture was created using a local stone, similar to the material quarried at the park".

It was a really peaceful spot and I loved the meandering shape leading down to the water's edge.
