Sausage Rolls

Tom seems to have signed me up for providing sausage rolls for all sorts of functions in the coming weeks, although I would have been much happier to have supplied cheese, a shrimp tray or a vegetable platter. The latter I can pick up in Giant, the former I have to make.

I think I cranked out 13 dozen, or 12 bakers dozens of sausage rolls this afternoon, which I then froze, so I am now knackered.

I am a bit off them now.
