The other Steamed Jam Pudding

Still vegan and gluten free~ish. This is the second of the Steamed puddings I made yesterday with almost exactly the same recipe but using Vegetable Suet. The resulting pudding was a little heavier and more stodgy that yesterday's but was still really nice.
Mostly the ingredients I've used are what I already had or what I could get my hands on. For instance I've used baking powder and gluten free bread flour because that's what I had and I didn't want to buy a bag of gluten free self raising flour.
