I Will Survive!

Laundry duties today and a trip into Dunbar to take the car to the garage. Turns out my brakes pads and/or discs are causing problems so I just left the car there and walked to the bank and home again.

I’m trying to put in 10k steps a day and have managed three days running so far...and enjoyed the fresh air in the process.
