Our Fuerteventura hotel has a Japanese restaurant, food is cooked in front of you with theatre and interaction - fun and delicious. Vegetarian Husband catered for very well too despite reception advising us that he could enjoy the Japanese show then go to the usual buffet afterwards!!! No need, it was very good. We went dancing instead.
