Hanging On

It was a wild, windy, wet day and the hummies had a real challenge catching up with their feeder.  (See Extra)  Most of the time they were more concerned with territorial challenges.  There are about four of them vying for space on the feeder and all of them are oblivious to the fact that there is room for all, plus a couple extra. 

I missed my limping goose this morning but I was so happy that I got her yesterday and not today.  The weather was awful this morning.   I felt better knowing she is safe and warm and I hope getting the help she needs.  I'll check in on her in a week or so with fingers crossed that she will be okay and back with her flock soon.
