Silent night

I left the house as usual after dinner, and it had already started to snow/sleet. There was nobody around. I'm sure a lot of people were snuggled up indoors, celebrating Sinterklaas with their families.

As usual with falling snow, there was a strange silence in the air, and the streets were glossy. I rather like it, but I think the 'glossiness' will lose its allure when I have to cycle on it tomorrow morning....

Made it the harbour; this boat seems to be getting into the December/Christmas spirit.
