Reflection Distortion-AT184

It is a distorted reflection, but I didn't do it.  The surface it was on is the guilty party.  It makes me think of entering a mysterious forest.  My husband thought it might be a waterfall.  What does it make you think of? Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
