In and out of focus

What a cold day, I warmed up at the gym with two classes first thing.  Quite a shock to the system but felt much better afterwards.  Later this afternoon deciding not to venture out again for a blip I ended up taking a shot of these cyclamen flowers.  One in focus one out of focus.
