Woke stupidly early this morning again. 

Later on I met ex colleagues for a coffee. It was nice but weird. I didn't really feel 'there'.  I felt alone despite being with 4 other people.  I listened more than shared. 

Later on I took my lens ball over to the harbour (not really happy with this, but practice makes perfect!) and had a play then did some recycling. Exciting stuff!
