Spotted, I think....

.... or perhaps not. These two male chamois were quite close to me as I rounded a corner, crunching the icy snow in my crampons. I had just put my camouflage shirt on thank goodness. They were eating the old, long, grass which had appeared when an earlier avalanche swept the slope. A few moments later another one walked towards me, again unsure that there was someone there (extra). Also spotted a Eurasian Nutcracker (extra) a first for me, from quite a distance, just used Merlin to identify it, a great app.
