Measuring Up

A jolly jaunt today. As Ruth’s train left Birmingham New Street Jamie and I left home with the sun of meeting her at Huntingdon for a visit to Draft Wheelchairs. Miraculously we all arrived at the same place at the same time. Ruth’s train pulled in as I walked onto the platform! If only everything in life worked out like that.

Here Ruth and Steve are taking measurements for her new, super lightweight chair. More variables than the uninitiated could imagine. It’s got to be right as this will be her constant companion for years to come. After over four hours the decision is made :-)
