Between fen and mountains

Late afternoon light

It has been a mostly domestic day bar one walk around the circuit.  Having prepared the levain last night, I mixed and kneaded the sourdough ready for baking tonight.  I knocked it back and did some more stretch and folds at lunchtime.  It is slightly laborious process but fairly easy to incorporate into the routine of a day at home and well worth the effort when the bread comes out of the oven!  I spent half an hour with my afternoon tea leafing through an Indian travel brochure.  Maybe, maybe...
