According to our real estate agent our house has some "unique features", like the subway that goes by above ground just at the end of the back yard. We've become so used to it over the years that we don't hear it at all. I'll miss this view, from the back deck, after we move. 

I spent the whole day today packing boxes. The movers come tomorrow morning to take our things away. They'll be off in storage somewhere until mid-February when we get our possession of our new house.
