Patience

I so enjoyed my early morning run in the park today. As I started out, I was a little anxious and a bit impatient as I realized I needed to get more accomplished today then I had time to do so. But as I prayed and meditated on the beauty of the morning, my heart rate slowed and I realized I had plenty of time. I just need to be patient with myself.
