Happy new year!

I came back to London yesterday and spent this afternoon catching up with a friend on the Southbank. I'd not been down here in a while so was surprised at just how much of the Houses of Parliament is wrapped up in scaffolding and tarpaulin.

I took a few shots of that, but put one in the extras which has a plane and seagull of about the same size.
