Happy New Year

I’d hoped to start today with a double parkrun (the only day of the year it’s possible). However getting up in time to go to Strathclyde parkrun for 9am proved too much of a challenge to me. Instead, Ethan & I competed Livingston parkrun at 11am. It was very busy and a bit icy, so wasn’t a fast run, but always feels good to finish.

Lazy few hours back at hone, before popping over to see the Foreveryiungs in Bathgate. Ethan & Eden were trying to outdo each other with their headstands. Eden can do them through her gymnastics class but Ethan refused to give up and eventually mastered it!
