Wednesday

Today I was meeting a friend in Portobello to go  for lunch. We found lots of the cafes were busy so we ended up in one on the High Street, which was yummy. We walked back along the prom to our cars and the sky was amazing.

Beforehand I woke for the 3rd day in a row with a headache that won't go away. Lay on the sofa all morning staring at rubbish tv. It was a huge struggle to get up and out. 

I got home and there was still so much of the day to go. :( Lay back on the sofa, still with headache. Self harmed and continued to watch tv. It's still not time for bed.
