Wastwater

went to visit Wastwater today . Have wanted to see it ever since it won the 'best view in England' some years back but it's the first time we've stayed anywhere near it.  We were somewhat distracted with walking around Wasdale head, visiting the little church (St. Olaf's) said to be the smallest in England and having lunch in the nearby pub so didnt actually get to photographing the lake until late afternoon. This one and the extra were taken from almost the same spot looking down either end of the lake about 15 minutes apart. Must make a return visit one day.
