Persevere

So, Ruby had an appointment in town, just off Leith Walk. But the place where she had the appointment was closed. It transpired their online booking system had a glitch.

Undeterred, we had a coffee. Eve had come along with us and so we headed up to look around the BP Portrait Exhibition which was very good this year (also had a quick blether with Shandonner of this parish). Following that we wandered along to the RSA exhibition. I even bought a photo.

By then the temperature was plummeting so we had some hot scoff in Wagamama. Then we dropped Ruby back at her flat via Jessops.
