Woodpecker

Walk with good friends in a Cumbria Wildlife Trust Reserve known for dragonflies, beetles and butterflies. The birdlife is good too but of course the Ospreys are in West Africa.

But the sun came out and just before we left we were lucky to see this Great Spotted Woodpecker.
