First frost of 2019

Woke to what was going to be a cloudless but very frosty morning and decided on a round of golf at Worfield. As the sun began to rise the course could be seen to be covered in a blanket of white frost, and the temperature was -3C. There were some great views from the course even if the golf wasn't spectacular. At the end of the round a mug of hot tea was welcome to help start the process of warming up and getting feeling back into fingers and toes.
On getting back home there was a definite need to get a log fire going and spend the evening in front of it watching the tv!
