The blue rope...

The blue rope depicts the sad demise of a much-loved garden swing.
It came down with the branch, whilst a young family member was on his way back from Mars swinging. (No children were hurt in the making of this blip).
Sigh...
What to do next?
There isn't another suitable available branch for another swing in the garden... Though I was speaking to a dear man at a party who had purchased an old telegraph pole for a similar reason.
Is a telegraph pole a bit over the top??
It HAS been a lot of fun having a swing, just there... Even the robin used to sit on it.
(Yes. I did use it myself on occasions, but I think it was more the tiredness of the tree that did for it, rather than the weight of my bottom).
We'll see.

In other 'back in the saddle' news, I sat beside the wall, quietly, for a while. To my absolute joy a bank vole appeared. (I had quite a communion with them last year). I only managed a blurred shot.
I'll have to shape up! : -)
