Franschhoek Pass

Last January when we were in the area we didn't get the chance to visit Franschhoek (South Africa) so put that right today with a lovely walk in the sunshine around this charming town.

Afterwards we headed to Franschhoek Pass, a road over the mountains, where I stopped to take the blipfoto of the stunning view of winelands and clouds over the tips of the mountains, all so common and a stunning site.

The Wide Wednesday challenge theme this week is 'the natural world' hosted by steveng. The main photograph is 4 photographs joined side by side. The extra shows the clouds over Sir Lowry Pass as we came down towards Cape Town. Both should fit the theme!
