Christmas Stocking!

While watching Kirsty Allsope making things on a tv programme Christmas stocking being one of them, I remembered that I had made one in 1963 at school when I was 13 years old and it was in the loft.
We had a wonderful needlework teacher who had been trained in London. She was a lot more interested in embroidery.
I decided to get it out and display it over Christmas and Ted thought it was very cosy!
