Love Handle

The day started with three runs.  BB and TT went for a run together.  Poor BB was done in by the time they got back, but well done him for going out with his dad!  It’s a long time since I ran with TT.  We couldn’t decide what to do today, so made a picnic and tried to come up with a plan.  In the end we went to Tintinhull Gardens – what a lovely peaceful place.  We wandered and found a shaded spot in the woods for our picnic, next to a conveniently located swing, which BB spent ages on.  The garden was set out in “rooms” and we wandered a bit more, finding secluded seat to shelter from the sun.

Our next stop was the nearby Lytes Cary Manor. We did more garden wandering then had a walk around the estate trail.  BB was collecting Pokémon and was intent on finding rope and swings in the woods to play on.  All in all a lovely relaxing day spent mostly wandering in two lovely places.

Later, we rounded our day off with tea at a local pub.
