Hogmanay

We had a lovely evening with S and M. We had a cocktail first, and very good wine brought by our guests with the meal. All the food was a success. This is the Smoked salmon terrine. The filling was a layer of beetroot and cream cheese, then a layer of avocado, spring onion and coriander.

At midnight we went outside with our champagne to watch the fireworks.
