What's the problem?

A few snowflakes (as you can see) and it all comes to a standstill. Again. Do the powers that be not learn any lessons? They cannot use the excuse that these are extra- ordinary conditions- for the 4th year running. Under investment, wrong priorities and lots of talking without action (don't even get me started on the extortionate fares and impact the economy and society) results in trains not moving and roads not being gritted. And of course the UK is the 'only country to face these weather conditions', right? * rolls eyes*
