Whale Chine

Packed up our stuff from the holiday house and set off for a walk before the afternoon return ferry crossing. We were hoping to go fossil hunting on the beach but the cliff had eroded and so the beach wasn't accessible. We walked along the cliff edge instead, fascinated by the many landslips and crumbling edges. It was so warm and much calmer than the weekend. We saw a little vole in the grass and several birds of prey. 
We had our picnic in the car watching some surfers in a nearby bay before heading back to Yarmouth for the ferry home. A lovely few days away.
