First walk of the year

Happy New Year to you all, may 2019 bring you joy and the best health possible !

We had my middle sister and her husband visiting us, they arrived this afternoon and as it seemed the weather was clearing a bit we took a walk around the neighbourhood, always good to chase away the cobwebs and maybe use some of those extra calories we've been consuming this past week.  I took only one picture while walking, the usual view to the village church.

We had a buffet dinner with some of the midnight supper goodies from last night and some extras and it was all quite 'gezellig' (the Dutch word for hygge). See a (composite) picture of the 6 of us in the extras.
