Happy New Year to everyone.  Today went down to Liverpool to watch Everton against Leicester.  Guess what - Everton lost again!!  However it was quite pleasant sat in the stand, the sun was into us all the time so it was a case of shielding our eyes, should have taken sunglasses, but the warmth was enjoyable.
The extra is a statue of Dixie Dean, a famous player from the late 20's early 30's.  As you can see many people bring wreaths from the funerals of family members who were ardent Everton fans to place at the base.
