Parkrun

I took part in the New Years Day Parkrun at one of our local parks today. It was cold damp and dreich but this didn’t seem to dampen the enthusiasm of the many runners. We have 2 Parkruns in the city - normally they start at the same time but on New Years Day the alternative run at the beach starts later at 11am - allowing folk to do two runs on the same day. Quite a lot of folk were doing both runs - with the keen folk running to the beach. One run, however, is enough for me these days.
