New Year’s Eve

A very different NYE for us as we’re normally at home in Edinburgh, with friends, wrapped up against the cold but this year we are in the Canaries and the hotel did a wonderful champagne reception, dinner and party.

We were provided with 12 lucky grapes - in Spain it is the tradition to eat a grape with each chime of the 12 o’clock bells.
