Red Lacquer

Today was Shanghai Museum day. For quality, layout and presentation it was right up there with the Metropolitan Museum in NYC. Just a little bit smaller. Every display was superbly lit and the signs and display cards were all in English as well as in Chinese. You could take photos and videos, and 99% of people were doing just that.

I must say that the furniture display in the museum was exquisite, and was probably my favourite area. I walked around for 4 solid hours and loved every second of it.
