Common Fumitory

On the second day of the New year Plant Hunt I did a solo hunt walking from home into the city centre, round the Cathedral grounds and back along the river. I managed to find some extra species, including this rather attractive common fumitory, and ended up with a grand total of 58 flowering plants. Normally Pete accompanies me, but his Christmas lurgy seems to have had a bit of a come-back, leaving him quite chesty. I certainly got my step-count today - I hope my knees will last out for the third hunt tomorrow!
