After a quick trip to......

......Waitrose to replenish the fresh vegetables, milk etc we decided on something naughty but nice for lunch! One of R's rolls, bacon from Christmas & a fried egg. Delicious.

Thank you all for your comments & good wishes over the last few days, feeling better though have no energy! I'll endeavour to catch up on some commenting but may just start again.
