Goodbye 2018

Went to Tesco this morning and what a difference a week makes - no queues at the checkout - easy to park and no being jostled in the aisles.  Came home and decided to make a boiled fruit cake.  Should have been flying to Madeira this morning  and it felt quite sad not to be going - it was the first time we were going to be there on New Year's Eve to see the fireworks.  Still things were not to be - so I have used some of my extras from January for memories of Madeira.  We are going in May for the flower festival but will mis my January visit.  
My main blip is of the Christmas Tree and I have put a find edges filter on it just to fade it out a little.
