Rivington blur

One of the things I wanted to do between Christmas and New Year was to get out with the camera and test some new filters.  The weather hasn't exactly been encouraging since we got home from York.  But we headed to Rivington, and while I'm fairly happy with the technical aspects of the filter test shots (particularly the very slight colour cast on a 10 stop ND) todays blip is an intentional camera movement shot - trying to take advantage of the lack of light.
