On my way to breakfast and driving near the hospital, I chanced to see a heloicopter making an approach. A detour to the parking lot allowed this view of the preparation to  transfer a patient. I waited nearby for about a quarter of an hour in hopes of getting a shot of the liftoff. Nothing happened during that time as the pilot was probably having coffee with the ER staff.
