Rishton Parish Church and tall Beeches

We have a wonderful cold and frosty morning
with dazzlingly bright sunlight.
Freda dropped round with a copy of her husband John's book about rambling in Britain and France.He has led Anglo French Walks for 25 years.
I went for a long blip walk and steered clear of the black ice on pavements and less used roads.
I had put on two pounds when weighed at Slimming World but like the birds, we are forgiven a little extra fat to keep out the Winter cold.
