Shorties...

A nice afternoon today in the vicinity of RSPB Saltholme. Great to have close views of a hen harrier and a distant view of a long eared owl at Saltholme. Then nearby to watch for shorties - we saw two and were lucky enough to see this spat. The light had gone & they were distant but great to watch. I've made this look the best I can with a couple more in the extras :
